Use the Scotch-Brite™ Deburr and Finish PRO unitized wheel for high cut speed and durability in deburring and blending applications. Our smooth-running unitized wheels quickly remove burrs. They are soft to reduce defects, yet strong and wear like iron; this can result in fewer wheel changes. They contain precision-formed ceramic grains bonded to a nylon web. The hardness of the ceramic material, combined with the self-sharpening grit, provides longer life and allows you to work faster – without losing the soft contact and control inherent in Scotch-Brite wheels. The PRO unitized wheels for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipe renovation and maintenance. They work hard and perform well, cutting through dirt, corrosion, and other contaminants without clogging or altering thread geometry, allowing pipes to be put back into service faster.
