When a moderate degree of flexibility and density are needed to maintain critical tolerances while achieving a fine polished finish, use the Scotch-Brite™ Wheel for light deburring. Designed for light deburring, it's a smoothly rotating, wrapped wheel that provides a clean system for light deburring, polishing, and finishing. The wheels are engineered for soft structures and smooth operation, requiring less user effort than a harder wheel. A unique resin system helps minimize clogging and reduces heat generation. The light deburring disc stays cool during use and is clog-resistant thanks to its non-woven web construction. This reduces the risk of discoloration and part deformation, and extends wheel life. Our wheels are available in fine grit sizes.
