Use the Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Cut and Polish Flap Wheel for deburring, polishing, and finishing a variety of substrates in wood and metalworking. Our brushes are made with aluminum oxide mineral, a sharp, durable abrasive that continuously self-sharpens during use to expose new cutting edges and provide a smooth, consistent finish – unlike traditional abrasives such as garnet, which wear down quickly. The high cutting speed, hardness, strength, and low heat retention make aluminum oxide mineral ideal for sanding and finishing applications. Suitable for numerous substrates in both wood and metalworking, including ferrous alloys. Scotch-Brite Roloc Cut and Polish Flap Wheels are designed to conform to the substrate, making them a good option for working on inside diameters and smoothing out surface irregularities. The open, flexible flap construction makes the brush soft and pliable, helping to achieve a consistent finish. Our brushes deliver a smooth, consistent finish without the risk of over-working or damaging the part.
