HOW OUR SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION CONTRIBUTES TO A GREENER WORLD

    Our production

At Dehaco, we understand that adopting greener methods requires effort. Working in a greener way starts at the beginning, which in our case means the development and production of our products. That’s why we devote attention to optimising our production process. This article explains the areas we focus on during that process. For us, sustainability goes beyond just the way we manufacture our products. The materials we use are just as important.

In the previous article about the Tera, we introduced the rotor that is fitted to this dust control unit. This rotor is produced sustainably using 3D printers at our production location in Raamsdonksveer. They help make our production process sustainable and efficient, because manufacturing with 3D printing wastes less material. This ensures that we can make optimum use of the materials we use and work efficiently.

Get more out of your machines

We have chosen to manufacture sustainably for several reasons: to deliver quality, but also because it helps our customers save money. Our air movers are a good example. They are built with new and very energy efficient motors that last longer and consume less energy. This helps our customers and partners get even more out of the product. We also aim to make our products lighter. Our Hyrax is a good example. These hydraulic compactors are lighter, which means they consume less diesel. They are also built from high-quality materials, which makes them more powerful than other hydraulic compactors.

Working in a greener and more sustainable way goes beyond production. At Dehaco, we encourage our customers to carry out regular maintenance on our products. We use the latest equipment and technologies in our workshop in Lisserbroek. This means we can repair all your hydraulic equipment in our own workshop. It is very important to carry out maintenance on your equipment correctly and on time. This prevents needless interruptions, wear and the associated costs. In other words: you will be able to use your machine(s) for even longer! Too busy to take your equipment to us? Don’t worry. We also offer an on-site inspection and maintenance service.
