During remediation work or disease outbreaks, such as the recent coronavirus, particles are released that are harmful to health. To prevent further spread (and thus further infection) as much as possible, an airtight compartment is usually prepared around the workspace, or people are placed in quarantine. People who may come into contact with harmful substances or viruses must wear special disposable clothing (overalls), yet decontamination (disinfection) of employees and contaminated materials must take place after the work.
