De DHG-R is zeer wendbaar dankzij 360° hydraulische rotatie.  Vanaf de DHG602-R zijn alle modellen standaard voorzien van twee draaimotoren. Een groot voordeel hiervan is dat er een veel betere krachtsverdeling ontstaat op de draaikrans.  Slijtvast Hardox 400 messen. Alle DHG-R houtgrijpers zijn voorzien van een overmaatse draaikrans. Hierdoor zijn alle modellen uitermate geschikt voor het verplaatsen van bomen en hout.  Vanaf de DHG802 zijn alle modellen voorzien van twee cilinders. Een groot voordeel hiervan is dat er een veel betere krachtverdeling op de schalen ontstaat waardoor ze synchroon sluiten.  Door de speciale cilinderopstelling en de evenaar bewegen deze minimaal waardoor er nagenoeg geen slijtage aan de interne slangen ontstaat.  Bij de DHG houtgrijpers wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van aanslagnokken. De cilinders zijn voorzien van een lichte einddemping.  Optioneel: Leverbaar met lasthoudventiel Spuiten in gewenste kleur Verdubbeling aantal draaimotoren
