Highly maneuverable thanks to 360° hydraulic rotation.
From the DMG603-R onwards, all models are equipped with two rotary motors as standard. A major advantage of this is that it creates a much better power distribution on the rotary table.
From the DMG250-R and F series onwards, all models are equipped with interchangeable and reversible bottom knives with countersunk bolts. Because the knife bolts are countersunk, no material remains behind.
All DMG-R multi-grippers are equipped with an oversized slewing ring. This makes all models extremely suitable for the most demanding applications.
From the DMG803 onwards, the models are equipped with two cylinders. A major advantage of this is that it creates a better distribution of force on the scales, allowing them to close synchronously.
Due to the special cylinder arrangement and the equator, these move minimally, resulting in virtually no wear and tear on the internal hoses.
The DMG multi-grippers do not use stop cams. The cylinders are equipped with slight end-of-stroke damping.
