Gigantic cutting power, compact design and a smart construction.
The Eagle III shears are shorter and lighter in weight. Often, a shorter and lighter shear means a smaller maximum jaw opening. This is not the case with the Eagle III shears. The jaw opening of this new series is even larger than the previous series. In addition to a larger opening, the jaw is also deeper, allowing for even more efficient steel cutting.
The Eagle III shears produce 20% more power thanks to a more powerful cylinder. In addition, all parts of the fixed and moving jaws are water-cut to maintain maximum power. Because water-cutting is so precise, much less post-processing of the jaws is required. This also ensures that less heat is introduced into the material. The major advantage of this is a stronger shear, which, if properly maintained and fitted with wear strips, will have a longer lifespan.
