Safety Service: Deskundige ondersteuning voor optimale bescherming en prestaties

Onze Safety Service zorgt ervoor dat uw team is uitgerust met de beste beschermingsmiddelen, goedgekeurde machines en volledig gecalibreerde apparatuur. Van persoonlijk veiligheidsadvies tot fit-testen op locatie en betrouwbare kalibratiediensten: wij helpen u de hoogste veiligheidsnormen te handhaven met deskundige begeleiding en technische ondersteuning.

Persoonlijk advies

Hoe kunnen we u helpen? Eerst en vooral bieden we advies op maat over veiligheid. Welke persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen heeft u nodig? Zijn er machines die gekeurd moeten worden? Kortom: wat kunnen wij doen om te zorgen dat u zorgeloos kunt werken? Onze accountmanagers staan klaar voor een persoonlijk gesprek en deskundig advies.

Kalibratie- en reparatieservice

Dehaco biedt een volledige kalibratie- en reparatieservice voor alle apparatuur die in de asbestsanering en sloop wordt ingeset. Denk aan: monitoren, maskers, gasdetectoren, onderdrukmachines, decontaminatie-units, watermanagementsystemen, ademluchtcompressoren, handgereedschappen, freesmachines, stofzuigers, vloerstrippers, onafhankelijke ademluchtsystemen en meer. Voor alle apparatuur gelden jaarlijkse kalibratie-eisen. Dehaco voert deze kalibraties uit in de eigen werkplaats in Raamsdonksveer.

ISO 9001 gecertificeerd in 3 stappen

Dehaco is ISO 9001 gecertificeerd. Dit betekent dat al onze processen en diensten volgens strenge kwaliteitsnormen zijn ingericht. De kalibratieprocedure verloopt in 3 stappen:

Stap 1: Controle van nauwkeurigheid - We controleren of uw apparatuur nog binnen de toegestane afwijkingen werkt.
Stap 2: Afstelling, reiniging en onderhoud - We stellen de apparatuur af, reinigen de componenten en voeren klein onderhoud uit.
Stap 3: Documentatie - U ontvangt een offcieel certificaat met de kalibratieresultaten en de volgende keuringsdatum.

Fit-test service & technische ondersteuning

Dehaco biedt fit-testen aan op locatie voor teams vanaf 10 personen. Tijdens een fit-test controleren we of de adembescherming van elke medewerker goed past en goed werkt. We controleren op:

De juiste maskergrootte en type voor het werk
Volledige filtratie (P2/P3) conform de geldende normen
Correcte aansluiting en werking van de adembescherming
Pasvorm en draagkomfort van het masker

Voor een fit-test gelden de volgende vereisten: een afgesloten ruimte van minimaal 4x3 meter, goede ventilaatie, een stopcontact voor de testapparatuur, deelnemers mogen 1 uur van tevoren niet eten, drinken of roken, en gladgeschoren (zonder baard of snor). We provide calibration services for the following equipment to ensure optimal performance:

Independent air systems

Our products are designed for high-precision measurements. However, accuracy may diminish over time due to factors such as improper storage, temperature fluctuations, or misuse. Therefore, we recommend having your equipment calibrated regularly, at least once a year.

In some cases, more frequent calibration may be required. Please refer to your internal quality policy for specific calibration requirements within your organization.

Accuracy Verification
We compare the accuracy of the tools with the specifications outlined in the manufacturer’s manual.

Adjustment, Cleaning, and Maintenance
If a product does not meet the original specifications, we can adjust it and restore its precision. We also clean, inspect, and ensure the product is functioning properly before returning it.

Documentation
We provide a certificate confirming that the tool meets the required standards

Fit-Test Service

The goal of respiratory protection is to ensure workers are optimally protected from hazardous substances. But how do you know if the mask you wear provides adequate protection?

What Can Dehaco Do for You?

Dehaco believes it is important for employees to experience when a product is working effectively. That’s why we offer the fit-test service. Fit tests can be conducted at our Dehaco headquarters in Lisserbroek, or on-site for groups of 10 or more people.

Fit-Test On-Site?

If desired, we can conduct on-site fit tests in the Benelux region for groups of at least 10 people. Please note that the location must meet the following requirements:

The room should be approximately 4 x 3 meters in size.
The location should preferably be on the ground floor.
The room must not be ventilated (or the ventilation must be turned off).
The room must have a power outlet.
A waiting area should be available near the fit-test room.

Please also be aware that participants must refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking one hour before the test. Additionally, participants must be clean-shaven.
